Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel with a friendly atmosphere, and the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. The breakfast each morning offered a great selection. However, I did have some issues with noise from the reception area early in the morning, and there were a few maintenance problems in the room that needed attention. Overall, it's a good place to explore the city from.
My family had a great time at this hotel during our stay. The quadruple room was spacious enough for us, with a clean bathroom and comfortable beds for a restful night. The breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of options to choose from. We loved the quiet neighborhood vibe, though the stairs were a bit of a workout. Overall, I would highly recommend it, especially for families!
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Florence, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, my room had a persistent noise issue with the air conditioning that made it difficult to sleep, which significantly impacted my experience. Additionally, I found the dining options to be lacking in variety for breakfast, which was disappointing.
I had a lovely stay at DEDO, which is a quirky little hotel just a short walk from Florence's center. The rooms are modern and comfortable, though a bit noise-sensitive at times. While I enjoyed the clean and pleasant environment, I did encounter a few maintenance issues, and the staff's greeting could use a bit more warmth. Overall, it was a nice experience, especially for a short trip.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, even going out of their way to find me alternate accommodation when there was an issue with my room. However, the difficulty in accessing my room due to its location and the size of the elevator was quite frustrating. Overall, the hotel had a great vibe, but it could definitely improve some logistical aspects.
